1. Name the effort simply
Was the week mostly strength, cardio, walks, mixed movement, or harder to summarize than that?
Member tool preview
This preview is intentionally simple. It is not a diagnosis tool and it is not a demand for perfect tracking. It is a calmer way to notice how sleep, training effort, soreness, hunger, and energy are interacting so the next step becomes more readable and less personal.
7-day rhythm
Was the week mostly strength, cardio, walks, mixed movement, or harder to summarize than that?
Ask what sleep, stress load, soreness, or overall energy felt like around the same effort.
Notice whether the week most obviously changed hunger, soreness, confidence, patience, energy, or visible progress.
At the end of the week, write down the one repeated combination that makes the next step easier to interpret.

The note works best when it extends the same lesson from issue 010: a better map usually helps more than more force.
